Job Description

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Direct sales and presentation of collections to clients in the showroom; providing personalized service and customer advice.
• Assisting in the acquisition of new clients.
• Analyzing sales performance of various collection products and reporting to the production and design teams.
• Ensuring the proper delivery and service of collections to clients.
• Providing customer service to both national and international clients.
• Supporting the brand’s international expansion, including participation in international trade fairs.
• Assisting international agents representing the brand in various countries.
• Upholding and conveying the brand's image.
• Performing additional tasks associated with the department’s development.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

• A degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and an interest in developing the brand.
• Passion for the fashion industry.
• A responsible, team-oriented individual capable of working under pressure.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience in the fashion sector is a plus.

Conditions

• Permanent contract, 40 hours per week.

We are looking for an ambitious Design & Production Intern to join our studio based in Madrid. As an all-round Design & Production Intern, you will support the Edmmond Design and Production teams with shaping our menswear and womenswear collections. You will get a full understanding of how a full collection comes to life, while working on the following:

• Assist with mood boards 
• Assist with tech packs and collection overviews
• Work on prototype corrections
• Assist with preparations for the sales season, fittings, events, and shoots
• Ensure all seasonal files and overviews are kept up-to-date
• Ensure the studio is organised at all times
• Assist with preparations of presentations and meetings

You:

• Are currently studying or recently graduated in Fashion Design
• Have strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Are fluent in English, both verbally and written

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the textile sector (Men/Women) across categories such as Circular Knitwear, Woven Fabrics, Jersey, and Accessories.
• Collaborate with the design team on collection structure.
• Oversee production follow-up.
• Keep purchase records updated, including prices, timelines, margins, and origins.
• Actively engage in supplier negotiations and sourcing.
• Optimize costs, terms, lead times, quality, service, and margins.
• Monitor sales performance and conduct analyses to prepare purchase orders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including pricing, product trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

Profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the retail-fashion sector.
