JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Assistant at Edmmond Studios, you will be part of our team in Madrid, attending to our customers' day-to-day needs. Your responsibilities will include customer service and styling advice, product promotion, restocking and merchandising, and driving sales to achieve commercial targets. We are looking for a Treasury & Finance Specialist to join our Madrid office and take responsibility for the company's day-to-day treasury and financial administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a specific focus on the fashion industry. This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail, the ability to analyze financial data, and a strong understanding of industry-specific financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to General Management, the main responsibilities will be:

• Daily monitoring of bank accounts, cash positions, collections and payments.
• Preparation and follow-up of daily, weekly and monthly cash-flow forecasts, anticipating liquidity needs.
• Planning, prioritization and execution of supplier and creditor payments.
• Management of confirming, credit facilities, loans and other banking
  operations.
• Day-to-day relationship with banks and preparation of documentation for
  financing processes.
• Registration, control and follow-up of supplier and creditor invoices in the
  ERP, ensuring accurate and updated financial information.
• Monitoring of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, in coordination
  with the different internal teams.
• Preparation of treasury information and coordination with external accounting, tax and financial advisors for accounting, Business Plan, budgeting and monthly variance analysis.
• General financial and administrative support, taking on different operational tasks when required in a small and dynamic team.

Candidate profile:

• Previous experience in treasury, finance or financial administration.
• Experience managing cash-flow, banks and payments.
