Present in approximately 225 multi-brand retail locations in more than 20 countries and with its own store in Madrid, as well as a presence in El Corte Inglés, Edmmond Studios is seeking a STORE MANAGER for it’s Madrid store in Claudio Coello Street.
JOB DESCRIPTIONReporting to the General Management, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Creation, execution and monitoring of sales policies in own stores (Monobrand boutique in Madrid and 2 shops in shop in El Corte Inglés) based on top quality standards of organization and efficiency.
- Develop and implement a customer-oriented culture in the organization. Analyze the situation, availability and conditions of the product.Main tasks:
- Construction of the principal KIPs.
- Stock optimization and analysis according to the different stores and locations: Own store and 2 shops in shop in ECI.
- Follow-up of commercial campaigns together with the Product and Marketing team.
- Search for excellence in Customer Experience.
- Lead and train the sales team.
- Sales and product analysis.
CANDIDATE PROFILERequirements:
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of the main KPIs / OKRs of physical Retail.
- Proficiency in office automation tools.
- Proficiency in English.Skills and competencies:

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and autonomously.

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Direct sales and presentation of collections to clients in the showroom; providing personalized service and customer advice.
- Assisting in the acquisition of new clients.
- Analyzing sales performance of various collection products and reporting to the production and design teams.
- Ensuring the proper delivery and service of collections to clients.
- Providing customer service to both national and international clients.
- Supporting the brand’s international expansion, including participation in international trade fairs.
- Assisting international agents representing the brand in various countries.
- Upholding and conveying the brand's image.
- Performing additional tasks associated with the department’s development.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong commercial acumen and an interest in developing the brand.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- A responsible, team-oriented individual capable of working under pressure.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a specific focus on the fashion industry. This position requires someone with a keen eye for detail, the ability to analyze financial data, and a strong understanding of industry-specific financial challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear insights and analysis to senior management.
- Perform detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, presenting key financial metrics to management.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Work closely with external auditors to ensure the company’s financial practices are in accordance with industry standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, with at least 3 years in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with fashion industry-specific financial challenges, including inventory management, cost of goods sold (COGS), and margin analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to make recommendations based on financial data and industry trends.
