JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the General Management, the candidate will be responsible for:

- Creation, execution and monitoring of sales policies in own stores (Monobrand boutique in Madrid and 2 shops in shop in El Corte Inglés) based on top quality standards of organization and efficiency.
- Develop and implement a customer-oriented culture in the organization. Analyze the situation, availability and conditions of the product.

Main tasks:
- Construction of the principal KIPs.
- Stock optimization and analysis according to the different stores and locations: Own store and 2 shops in shop in ECI.
- Follow-up of commercial campaigns together with the Product and Marketing team.
- Search for excellence in Customer Experience.
- Lead and train the sales team.
- Sales and product analysis.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of the main KPIs / OKRs of physical Retail.
- Proficiency in office automation tools.
- Proficiency in English.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Direct sales and presentation of collections to clients in the showroom; providing personalized service and customer advice.
