SHIPPING Shipping costs include transport, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs charges at destination and other taxes (customs duties) are not included; it will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash in order to receive the goods. The recipient will be responsible for all import charges and taxes incurred at the destination customs office. If you have any further questions, you can write an email to customer@edmmond.com and we will solve your doubts. Delivery time may be longer during the sales period. RETURNS As of December 3, we offer extended returns for holiday shopping. You have until January 15, 2025 to return. So don't keep putting off your purchases.The items to be returned must be in perfect condition; they must not have been used and must be returned in the same condition in which they were first delivered (packaging, labels, etc.). Otherwise, a deduction of up to 100% of the price of the item may be made. Remember that the original box is part of the product. Properly pack the original box in the shipping carton to avoid damage during shipping (you may use the same shipping carton or other protective packaging). Refunds will be initiated once the items have arrived (shipping costs will not be refunded, if applicable). Socks and underwear cannot be returned. Gift Card balances cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Only unused Gift Cards will be accepted for return. All archive items are sold as final sale. We do not accept returns on these items. |
EU RETURNS & EXCHANGES If you want to request a return or an exchange: Click here You will have to enter your order number and the e-mail address you used to make the purchase. Once you have selected the items to be returned and validated the shipping address, you will receive a return label by email. The instant refund will be made and you will have to deliver the package to a GLS office. For the exchanges, the procedure is the same, and once we receive the exchange request, we will send the new garment directly. Exchanges have a cost of 9€ and returns a cost of 13€. A second exchange/return is entirely at the customer's expense and must be handled by the customer. Not available for Finland and Sweden* In addition, you can always return the goods on your own, using the carrier of your choice, at your own expense. The goods should be sent to the address below. |
REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS We do not offer an exchange service for rest of the countries. If you wish, you may make a return and place a new order. For international orders, send the package to our facilities by any courier service at your expense. Returns by courier are at the customer's expense. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. For this reason, we recommend using a tracking service. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. 1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com specifying the product you wish to return. Don't forget to send us the tracking number so that we know where your order is. 2. Send the package at your own expense to the following address: Calle Margarita Nelken, 14, nave 2, muelles del 32 al 36 (traseros), 28830 San Fernando de Henares, Madrid. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused and with all original brand labels attached. If you cancel or return one or more items, we will refund your money. Once we have inspected the returned products, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs). You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued automatically using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days after processing, or 1 business day for PayPal orders.
