Returns:

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return.

How?

For international orders, please send the parcel with any courier at your own cost to our office:

You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending it back to us. 

For national orders: 

The easiest way to return a product is visiting one of our stores. You’ll need to bring the item you want to return along with the receipt or order confirmation. The item must be unworn, unaltered and with all tags attached.
Please keep in mind that for online orders we only accept size changes at the stores (you may not change model or color).

How to return otherwise: 

-Tear off the Return form and fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return. If you have lost your Return Form, you can print it here or contact Customer Service to help you. (customer@edmmond.com)

- Prepare the package. You can use the original shipping box or any box that is secure. 
- Complete the return/exchange form and place it on a visible spot.
- Attach the self-adhesive address label to your parcel.
- We will send a courier to collect your unwanted item.
- You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending it back to us.
- Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email. 

    Friendly reminder: we don't accept returns/exchanges of our underwear so be careful with the size you choose - it does matter. 

    For all returns: 

    We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is recieved at our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

    Exchanges:

    For international orders, please first of all contact us at customer@edmmond.com specifying which product you want to return and the one you would like to receive (remember to specify color, size etc.) 

    Send the parcel with the item you want to exchange with any courier at your own cost to our office:

    In return, we will send you the new product, free of cost.  

    For national orders:

The item must be unworn, unaltered and with all tags attached. Please keep in mind that in stores we only accept size changes. We do not accept change of model or color.

    You can also return your item through our online store in 3 easy steps:

    1. Email us at customer@edmmond.com indicating your order number, the item you want to exchange and the item you want to receive. You can also give us a call +34 91 522 22 20
    2. Prepare the package. You can use the original shipping box or any box that is secure. Complete the return/exchange form and place it on a visible spot.
    3. We will send a courier with your replacement item and he will collect your unwanted item too.

    Friendly reminder: we don't accept returns/exchanges of our underwear so be careful with the size you choose - it does matter.
