The delivery time may be longer during Black Friday, Christmas or other Sales.

The discount coupons are not combined with current offers or promotions, the misuse of them will result in the cancellation of the order.

Making an exchange with us is very simple, you have 30 working days from the receipt of the order.
Exchanges with Edmmond Studios:

If the exchange is an online purchase, you can exchange the size in store, but you can not change color or model. If you are interested in another product, please follow the following steps:

1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com indicating the product you wish to change and the one you wish to receive in exchange.
2. Prepare the package: you can use the original package or any safe box.
3. We will send a messenger to collect the unwanted item and deliver the new order.

For international orders, please send the package with any courier service at your cost to our facility:

If you have not received your order within the estimated shipping period, please contact customer service through customer@edmmond.com. Indicate your first and last name, and order number in the email.

ONLINE RETURNS

For returns, the process is very similar. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product. This refund will be processed free of charge.

You can also return the item online in 3 easy steps:

1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
2. Prepare the package, you can use the original shipping box or any safe box.
3. We will send a courier service to collect the unwanted item.

Please provide to our store colleagues your order number and the reason for return.

As soon as we receive the package we will process the refund, so that you have it available as soon as possible.

All products must be unused and properly labeled, as we can not accept any return of an item that is not in perfect conditions.

As for the underwear, we do not accept returns or changes so make sure you take the right size. Of course it matters!
