CHANGES ONLINE

Making an exchange with us is very simple, you have 30 working days from the receipt of the order.

If the exchange is an online purchase, you can exchange the size in store, but you can not change color or model. You can visit any of our stores. We will be happy to greet you!

If you are interested in another product, please follow the following steps:

1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com indicating the product you wish to change and the one you wish to receive in exchange.
2. Prepare the package: you can use the original package or any safe box.
3. We will send a messenger to collect the unwanted item and deliver the new order.

For international orders, please send the package with any courier service at your own cost to the following address:

ONLINE RETURNS

For returns, the process is very similar. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product.
In case your order doesn't exceed the minimum established for free shipping after the return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be returned.


You can also return the item online in 3 easy steps:

1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
2. Prepare the package, you can use the original shipping box or any safe box.
3. We will send a courier service to collect the unwanted item.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please provide to our store colleagues your order number and the reason for return.

Make sure the package is well wrapped, we are not responsible for shipments received in poor conditions.
As soon as we receive the package we will process the refund, so that you have it available as soon as possible. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us unused and with all original brand tags still attached.

The delivery time may be longer during Black Friday, Christmas or other Sales.

The discount coupons are not combined with current offers or promotions, the misuse of them will result in the cancellation of the order.

As for the underwear, we do not accept returns or changes so make sure you take the right size. Of course it matters!
