The delivery time may be longer in periods of Black Friday, Christmas or sales.

Making a change with us is very simple. In this case, you have 30 working days from the receipt of the order.
From Edmmond we propose the following options to make a change:

Before we start, we remind you that if the change is about an online purchase, in stores you can only change the size, you can not change color or model. If you are interested in another product, please follow the following steps:

1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com indicating the product you wish to change and the one you wish to receive for free.
2. Prepare the package: you can use the original package or any safe box.
3. We will send a messenger to collect the unwanted item and deliver the new order.

For international orders, please send the package with any courier service at your cost to our facilities:

If you have not received your order within the estimated shipping period, please contact customer service through customer@edmmond.com. Indicate your first and last name, and order number in the e-mail.

ONLINE RETURNS

For returns, the process is very similar. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product. This refund will be processed free of charge.

You can also return the item through our online store in 3 easy steps:

1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
2. Prepare the package, you can use the original shipping box or any safe box.
3. We will send a courier service to collect the unwanted item.

Please indicate to our store colleagues the order number and the reason for the return.

As soon as we receive the package we will proceed with the refund of the order, so that you have it available as soon as possible.

All products must be unused and properly labeled, as we can not accept any return of an item that is not in perfect conditions.

As for the underwear, we do not accept returns or changes so make sure you take the right size. Of course it matters!
