Orders placed online during these days (May 2020) will apply a new policy of 30 days for returns. Please notice shipping may take longer than usual. Thank you for understanding.

  

EXCHANGES

Making an exchange with us is very simple, you have 30 working days from the receipt of the order.

SPAIN ONLINE EXCHANGES

If you are interested in a exchange a product for another, please follow the following steps:
1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com indicating the product you   wish to change and the one you wish to receive in exchange.
2. Prepare the package: you can use the original package or any safe box
3. We will send a messenger to collect the unwanted item and deliver the new  order.

All Archive Sale items are sold as final sale. We do not accept returns / exchanges on these items.
As for the underwear, we do not accept returns or changes so make sure you take the right size. Of course it matters!

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE EXCHANGES

Returns by mail are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using a service with tracking.  We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com indicating the product you wish to change and the one you wish to receive in exchange.

Please remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIRS on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter. Excluding this information can result in a delay of your return – and in worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.

IN STORE ONLINE EXCHANGES

If the exchange is an online purchase, you can exchange the size in store, but you can not change color or model. You can visit any of our stores. We will be happy to greet you! Any remaining balance for exchanges of a lower value will be returned to a store gift card. We don’t offer full refunds for online orders in store at this time.

RETURNS

For returns, the process is very similar. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product.
In case your order doesn't exceed the minimum established for free shipping after the return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be returned.


SPAIN ONLINE RETURNS

Return the item online in 3 easy steps:
1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
2. Prepare the package, you can use the original shipping box or any safe box.
3. We will send a courier service to collect the unwanted item.

The refund will automatically be issued, using the same method of payment which you used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will appear in your bank account within 3 – 5 working days after processing or 1 working day for PayPal orders.
As for the underwear, we do not accept returns or changes so make sure you take the right size. 

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE RETURNS

In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us unused and with all original brand tags still attached. If you cancel or return one or more items, you will get your money back. Once we have inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund (excluding delivery costs). You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed.

You can drop off a return in one of our Spain stores to be sent to us for processing.
