RETURNS

As of December 1, we offer extended returns for holiday shopping. They can be returned until January 31, 2023.

We do not offer an exchange service. If you wish, you may make a return and place a new order.

The cost of the return and any additional costs incurred for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that you must use a courier company that will cover customs and import costs at the destination.

The items to be returned must be in perfect condition; they must not have been used and must be returned in the same condition in which they were first delivered (packaging, labels, etc.). Otherwise, a deduction of up to 100% of the price of the item may be made. Remember that the original box is part of the product. Properly pack the original box in the shipping carton to avoid damage during shipping (you may use the same shipping carton or other protective packaging).

Socks and underwear cannot be returned.

Refunds will be initiated once the items have arrived (shipping costs will not be refunded, if applicable).

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE RETURNS

How can I return an item?

For international orders, send the package to our facilities by any courier service at your expense. Returns by courier are at the customer's expense. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. For this reason, we recommend using a tracking service. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com specifying the product you wish to return. Don't forget to send us the tracking number so that we know where your order is.

2. Send the package at your own expense to the following address:

All archive items are sold as final sale. We do not accept returns on these items. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused and with all original brand labels attached. If you cancel or return one or more items, we will refund your money. Once we have inspected the returned products, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs). You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed.

Refunds will be issued automatically using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund will appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days after processing, or 1 business day for PayPal orders.

For underwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges, so be sure to bring the right size.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We do not offer an exchange service for international orders. If you wish, you may make a return and place a new order.

IN STORE ONLINE RETURNS

If the exchange is an online purchase, you can exchange the size in store, but you can not change color or model. You can visit any of our stores. We will be happy to greet you!. We don’t offer full refunds for online orders in store at this time.

You can drop off a return in one of our Spain Stores to be sent to us for processing.

In store returns are subject to special terms and conditions that will be explained at the time of the return.
