RETURNS IN GERMANY We do not offer an exchange service. If you wish, you may make a return and place a new order. If you want to request a refund: Klicken Sie hier The items to be returned must be in perfect condition; they must not have been used and must be returned in the same condition in which they were first delivered (packaging, labels, etc.). Otherwise, a deduction of up to 100% of the price of the item may be made. Remember that the original box is part of the product. Properly pack the original box in the shipping carton to avoid damage during shipping (you may use the same shipping carton or other protective packaging). Socks and underwear cannot be returned. INTERNATIONAL ONLINE RETURNS How can I return an item? For international orders, send the package to our facilities by any courier service at your expense. Returns by courier are at the customer's expense. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. For this reason, we recommend using a tracking service. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. 1. Send us an email to customer@edmmond.com specifying the product you wish to return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused and with all original brand labels attached. If you cancel or return one or more items, we will refund your money. Once we have inspected the returned products, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs). You will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued automatically using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days after processing, or 1 business day for PayPal orders. For underwear and mask, we do not accept returns or exchanges, so be sure to bring the right size.
