I’ve been looking for Product X in Size Y all over Planet Z but still can’t find it…Any chance you guys will be releasing more or have any in the warehouse?

Wow! You must really love Edmmond. Great! If you’ve looked all over Planet Z and checked with your local retailer and still haven’t had any luck then contact us using the contact form and we will do one last sniff around the warehouse especially for you.

 

I am a super-duper good fill in the blank and was wondering if you could sponsor me?

At this time Edmmond does not officially sponsor any athletes, spelling bee champions, models, pulitzer prize winners and/or humans of any kind. This isn’t because we don’t love talented, smart, beautiful and creative people…we are just a simple brand, with simple goals; to make great products that make people smile from cheek to cheek.

 

Does Edmmond ship internationally?

Orders placed through the Edmmond Supply website are only available to ship within Spain. Please check back with us for updates on changes to our shipment locations.

 

Can I add additional products to an existing order?

Once an order has been placed, you are unable to add items to an existing order. If you would like to order an additional item, please place a separate order through our online shop site.

 

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, visit the ‘My Account’ section, click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’ and simply follow the ‘Password Reset’ instructions. You will receive an email with a new temporary password.

 

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, add it to your Wish List so you may save and view it at any time. You will be notified once it is back in stock.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card at the Edmmond Online Store?

How do I return an item?

To discover our returns and refunds policy and to learn how to return an item, please kindly visit our Returns section in the Customer Service area.

 

Which size should I choose?

In the Edmmond Online Store, sizes may be based on the Italian or International sizing system. To convert this to your usual size, simply click on ‘Sizing Info’ on every product page. Where an item runs small or large to size, this will also be identified in the item description

 

When will you be releasing new product?

We currently release four collections per year, one for each season of the year. Typically new collections are available in-store and online about a month before the official start to each season.
